Mangetout description

Mangetout, also known as snow peas, are flat, edible-podded peas with a crisp texture and a subtly sweet, fresh flavor. Both the pods and the tiny peas inside are eaten whole. They add a light crunch and vibrant green color to dishes and are popular in Asian stir-fries and salads.
